Here, HRs can find the group shouts and formats used for shifts and trainings.
Shift Shouts
Hosts must use these group shouts and may not modify them.
🛍️ [SHIFT] | Hello, everyone! I am now hosting a shift at the store. Staff, this is an opportunity for you to get promoted and earn points. Customers, why not head down to the cafe and get a delectable sandwich? I look forward to seeing everyone there!
🛒 [SHIFT] | The shift has concluded. Congratulations to everyone who was promoted! If you were unable to attend, do not fret, as there will be several more in the future. Why not head down to the cafe for a custom sandwich?
Training Shouts
Announcers must use the shout below and may not modify it. It may only be used for announcing trainings at the store.
📋 [TRAINING] | A training session will be starting at the Training Center momentarily. Trainee Team Members, Junior Team Members, and Senior Team Members have a chance to rank up.
Congratulatory Formats for Shift Promotions
Shift hosts must use the following messages when promoting staff members.
Department Supervisor -> Department Manager:
Congratulations, you have been promoted to Department Manager! In this role, you will continue to work at the store's departments, restock shelves, and clean up spills.
With your new rank, you have no cooldown period, allowing you to be eligible for a promotion as soon as the next shift occurs.
Please rejoin to claim your new rank! Keep up the excellent work!
Department Manager -> Assistant Store Manager:
Congratulations, you have been promoted to Assistant Store Manager! In this role, you will continue working at the store's departments, restock shelves, and clean up spills.
With your new rank, you have no cooldown period, allowing you to be eligible for a promotion as soon as the next shift occurs.
You now have access to moderator commands. Always hide your commands by prefacing them with /e or by using the command bar by clicking '. Use these commands responsibly!

Assistant Store Manager -> Store Manager:
Congratulations, you have been promoted to Store Manager! In this role, you will continue working at the store's departments, restock shelves, and clean up spills.
With your new rank, there is a two-week cooldown period, after which you will be eligible for a promotion.
To be promoted as a Store Manager, you must be in the communications server. Please note that only Group Administrators and Group Directors can promote you.
