Host Script
This section provides an overview of the responsibilities and duties assigned to the Host, as well as guidelines on what they should say.
Host: Before Claiming
Prior to the commencement of the training session, it is the responsibility of the Host to find an HR who will be responsible for announcing the training session in all store servers that have at least 40 players. The Host should ensure that the HR uses the appropriate format when making the announcement.
Between :35 and :40, it is expected that the Host arrives at the Training Center to prepare for the training session. It is the responsibility of the Host to ensure they are online and punctual for the session. Failing to attend a claimed session without giving a notice will result in a punishment (if done repetitively).
Host: Claiming
At :45, which is 15 minutes before the training session begins, the Host should claim the session and do the first group shout to notify LRs. Simultaneously, the announcer is responsible for making an announcement about the training session in all store servers that have at least 40 players.
Host: Training Commences
At :00, which is the exact time of the training session's commencement, the Host should type the command "/e :slock" and send the second group shout.
Host: Greetings, everyone, and welcome to today's training session!
Host: Now that training has begun, all chatting must stop. Any messages sent from this point forward will result in a removal from the server.
Host: During this session, you will be given important information about the procedures for working in BloxStreet's cafe and checkout areas. After completing this training, you will receive the Department Supervisor rank.
Host: We will begin with the cafe procedures.
Host: Due to Roblox chat restrictions, you may be unable to communicate with certain customers. If a customer cannot chat with you, please direct them to the self-ordering machines.
Host: To log into the POS system, click the screen or scan your Staff Card when prompted. A menu of categories will then appear.
Host: When a customer approaches your cafe register, it is essential to greet them politely and professionally.
Host: Here is an example of a greeting: "Hello! Welcome to BloxStreet Corporation! I'm (username), and I'll be assisting you today. How may I help you?"
Host: Be sure to include the term "BloxStreet" in your greeting.
Host: To record sandwich orders on the POS system, select the "Sandwiches" option and then click "Custom Sandwich" to edit the ingredients. Do not exceed seven total ingredients.
Host: For drink and juice orders, some allow custom ingredients. If a customer requests ingredients, add one of each requested ingredient.
Host: You may use the !notepad command to write down customer orders.
Host: When the customer finishes ordering, click the "Subtotal" button and then the "Checkout" button. An "Order Confirmed" screen will appear once the payment is complete.
Host: After payment, wish the customer an enjoyable rest of their day.
Host: Always sign out of your register before leaving the cafe.
Host: To begin making an order, claim it on the easyPOS screen. If there is no staff username attached, click "Claim Order" and an enlarged version of the customer’s order will appear.
Host: To prepare sandwiches, click the cutting board to begin. If an order exceeds seven toppings, select the most important ones to equal seven.
Host: To prepare drinks, use a grande cup if no size is specified. Follow the drink boards and include any additional ingredients requested.
Host: To hand the customer their order, use the /handto (username) or /give (username) commands, the hand button on the left side of your screen, or press the H key on your keyboard.
Host: After completing the order, click the "Complete" button on the easyPOS screen.
Host: We will now move on to the checkout procedures.
Host: When a customer approaches your checkout register, greet them politely and professionally.
Host: Before assisting with a purchase, equip your Staff Card from your inventory and swipe it on the computer. This only needs to be done once.
Host: After confirming you are signed in, have the customer scan their Loyalty Card. The computer will automatically detect their items and display them on your screen.
Host: Click "Finalize Transaction" in the top right corner of the screen and select "Pay with Cash Card."
Host: Once payment is complete, the customer will receive their items. At this point, wish them an enjoyable rest of their day.
Host: To sign out, click "Sign Out" before moving to another station.
Host: At this point, all essential information for your success has been covered.
Host: If you encounter any trollers in the store, report them to an available Store Director or higher.
Host: For further assistance, refer to the group’s social links or speak with an in-game HR.
Host: To receive future promotions, you must attend shifts and demonstrate professionalism, strong grammar, and hard work. Shifts are hosted daily, and the full schedule is available in the staff room.
Host: I will now approach each of you individually to rank you. Do not leave the server.
The Host will now rank the LRs to Department Supervisor. If there are more than 20 LRs, the Host may request assistance from 1-3 Executive Assistants or Store Executives for ranking purposes.
The Host should run the :info command on each LR before kicking. Running the command ensures each LR has been ranked correctly.
Training Conclusion
The Host should send the final group shout at this time.
